At Silver Oak. A Mid Week Dinner

Its quite a while we had been lunching or dining out quite frequently. We consciously avoid dining out at restaurants because of the hangover that carries well into the next morning. And the head rocks and rolls with it.But the change in weather, being a welcome change and along with a couple of factors we were quite happy and wanted to celebrate with a nice and cozy dinner.

Since we were to head off to dinner from our home after coming from the office, the place needed to be somewhere near.Thought about for quite sometime and fixed up Silver Oak, just a drive down the Lake Gardens flyover. We reached at around 9 and handed over the keys to the valet.\

Starter was butter garlic sausages and cheese omelette. Both were brilliant with the Draught beer - served chilled.I especially love the theme of the restaurant - mild music, decent crowd, attentive waiters and to top it all excellent food and alcohol collection - making it a favourite for many family diners. For the main course we had Chicken Tikka masala and Tandoori Roti. Dessert was Vanilla Ice cream, which happens to be an all time favourite of both of us.

Around 10.30 we bid adieu and reached home by 10.45.
